Questions About How To Get Rid Of Acne Scars

Paul asks…

A good recipe for sea salt water to help prevent acne and get rid of acne scars?

I have heard from looking on websites that sea salt helps prevent acne and helps get rid of scars. I have had some breakouts, but also i have 4-6 noticeable scars on my face from them. does anyone know any good recipes on how to make the sea salt water and have any directions on how to use it effectively?

admin answers:

Sea Salt may get rid of acne, in theory, because the salt sucks all of the moisture out of the bacteria. But it will not get rid of scars.

How to make sea salt water?

Get some sea salt and mixed with water.

Verdict: sketchy method. Not effective.

Thomas asks…

How fast does apple cider vinegar get rid of acne scars?

i've just starting trying this in effort to control my acne and get rid of scars and i was wondering how fast this would start to really get rid of scars and how it gets rid of them.. THANKS. 10 POINTS. :) and i looked it up so i'm not crazy lol.

To answer your question,it should take 2 to 3 months. However, within one month you should observe improvements in your skin complexion.Well, when it comes to acne scars, you should include a scar serum in your skincare regime since this could improve your scar appearance by promoting healing and cell renewal.Plus, you could also use Vitamin E or Cocoa Butter since these really works wonders on acne scars. However,if you would like to opt for remedies,I would suggest different 4 steps that you could try at home to improve your scars.

Baking Soda-Exfoliate your skin with baking soda. Often times, a version of baking soda is used in cosmetic microdermabrasion treatments. You can give yourself a mini microdermabrasion treatment by mixing one teaspoon of baking soda with the two teaspoons of filtered water. Then gently rub the mixture on your acne scar for sixty seconds then rinse it off.

Fresh Fruits-In addition to eating fresh fruits to supply your skin with collagen building vitamin C, you can also smear them onto your face for gentle acid exfoliation. Just puree a forth a cup of pineapple and smooth it onto your face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes, then rinse. Since the pineapple contains ascorbic acid, it will impart a brightening effect on the face, and help fade acne marks.

Apple And Honey-Using a blender, make a mixture out of 1 peeled apple with 1 tablespoon of yogurt, half a cucumber and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply on face, leave for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.

Olive Oil-Massage a pea-sized amount of olive oil onto your face.Acne scaring can cause the skin to lose its elasticity and suppleness. The moisturizing nutrients in the olive oil will penetrate the skin to deeply moisturize the skin and soften the skin’s texture.

Well, these are those 4 remedies that works best for your skin that impose no irritation to your skin.Good luck trying these at home and pick one that suits you.Hope this helps and great skin wishes.

P/s:You could also opt to use a facial scrub once a week to gently exfoliate your dead skin cells to improve skin complexion.Do try these remedies I suggest you.It work wonders on my skin and I'm sure it would do you the same.Hope this helps:-)

Acne is caused due to the wrong food habits and improper skin care. It is also caused due to hormonal changes. Another important cause is the high level of insulin produced by processed carbohydrates. This excess level of insulin creates blockage in pores and extra oil under the skin. Acne is an extreme condition of sebaceous glands. When hair follicles are plugged with Acne Marks or Scars

dead cells and sebum, acne is formed. There are many ways to eliminate acne scars at home.

How can I get rid of acne scars?

What is the best way to get rid of scars from acne on the face?
I have like 5 marks from acne on my face because when I had acne I picked at it... :(
Is there any way I can get rid of it? Besides makeup?

THE ARE NOT ENDENTED.

admin answers:

Bio Oil is the best. I had acne scars from my teenage years. The very light ones were gone within two weeks, and the larger, darker ones took a few months. You'll have to be patient, but it'll work.

Maria asks…

How do I get rid of acne scars?

Ok, I will admit to picking at zits on my face. I'm about fourteen and I dunno how to get rid of annoying scars! Tips for getting rid of scars quick, anyone?

admin answers:

Here are a few tips that will help you know how to treat acne at home.
1. If you have red angry looking acne, don't touch it. If you squeeze now, all you'll do is force the contents deeper into the skin that will make matters worst. And all you'll end up with is redder, angrier acne than you had before. Don't do it.
2. If you have a yellow custard top? Go for it. These beauties CAN be squeezed but there's an art to it. Here's how. Wash your hands thoroughly to avoid trouble and infection. Put a tissue over your finger. Why? Because you want the contents of the spot on the tissue, not splattered all over the mirror. Using the side of your thumb and the end of your finger, very gently start to squeeze. Don't whatever you do, use your nails as this will damage your skin. Stop when you're applying a lot of pressure and nothing is happening and you see clear fluid, rather than yellow grotty stuff and the spot begins to bleed. When you've finished dab it with antiseptic. Once the custard bit is out, the spot will heal more quickly than an unsqueezed yellow top would, providing that you now leave it well alone. Now wash your hands again.
3. Whiteheads and blackheads. If acne is left untreated they may cause this problem. Here the rule is if they're black, squeeze but if they're small, white raised lumps leave them alone. All that stuff about clean hands, tissues and stopping if nothing is happening or you see blood, apply here too.

David asks…

HOw to get rid of house flies and fruit flies?

Are house in infested with house flies and they are driving me nuts. The house is clean no food or poop laying around. Dishes are all clean. We also have fruit flies they are surrounding the Guinea pig cage which is clean just cleaned the cage and the pigs yesterday. And the same with the hamster cage. I need to know how to get rid of them?
I have the sticky traps up to catch the them

admin answers:

They make traps that attract and catch them. Do not seem to work the best but they do work. Have you looked to make sure some of the fruit flies are not a swarm of termites in the stage of looking for a new place? If the windows are open with no screens it will be hard to not get the flies in where it is cooler.

There is a good article here about how to get rid of them:

Paul asks…

How can I get rid of fruit flies in the house? (Sydney area)?

Those annoying pesky little things - they fly so slow and you can't catch them. They buzz around any food stuffs, not just fruit. When I spray them with fly spray (pyretheum), they just appear to hiccup and fly off - no effect! I tried locking up everything for a few days, the minute I moved back into the unit, there they were again. Arrrgh! Help!!!

admin answers:

There must be something attracting them, it may not be fruit but one of the cleaners you are using, some are citrus based.
Are you sure they are fruit fly and not vinegar flys.
There are natural fruit fly attractants that you can use to trap them before they enter the house. Cheers
