Well. Since i am in middle school i will try to tell you but don't hurt me if its not true. I like guys who are nice and that aren't concerned with looks.Guy that talk a lot to me and put on the act that we are just friends even though they like me. Guys that will be there even when you start to cry, and guys that won't blow you off for any reason. I don't really know what to tell you. Most girls like that aspect in guys though. Just a caring person that doesn't mind listening to a few hours of emotional stuff. Try to think like a girl but don't act like one. Bring her roses or something or another. I really don't know. Maybe even ask her out on a date ,more like to the movies so that you guys can get better acquainted. If you really want to guarantee friendship you should just work your way into her group and act like your her friend. See where it can go from there ,but don't be too pushy. As i said i am not really positive ,but thats what i want in a guy. My sister in law is trying to induce labor with acupressure, how long...?

does she need to do it for in order for it to be effective. She is doing the webbing between her thumb and index finger and a place down on her ankle. We know you are supposed to rub for a few minutes or until you get a contraction but when do you repeat and how often and how long. Anyone with experience. She did do acupressure with the last pregnancy and went into labor that night. Thanks for your help.

labor acupressure?? self inducing at home?

false labor for several weeks. went to dr this morning with contractions. im scheduled for a cesarian on monday but cant take much more. they said this morning the contractions arent regular enough to be considered labor or progressive labor.
anyone have any ideas on how to induce labor? or if this labor/maternity acupressure truly works? ill try anything. walking hasnt helped neither has red raspberry leaf

I've read about both positive and negative stories with acupressure. I think like everything else it depends on the person and if your body is truly ready or not to go into labour.

Definitely try sex. Walking up and down stairs supposedly helps too. Are you effaced/dilated?

Acupressure Points for Inducing Labor....?

Has anyone tried to induce labor with acupressure points? I did some research on it and it sounds interesting but I wonder if it's something I should try or not. I am only 3 days past due but have been having intense lower back pain all day. I'm getting short with anyone I talk to and feel miserable, but still no contractions! At the doctor last Friday I was 80% effaced but hadn't dilated at all. Just unsure of how to deal with the pain and the waiting in the meantime.

Yes they do, I tried them on my last pregnancy for the same reason. I'd say its worth a shot if you are ready...When I did it the first time it was on accident while I was reading how to do them. I believe i did the one between the thumbs and that night I felt some strong contractions. I didn't have any others but I had dialated some at the next appointment and the day after my appointment I went in to labor. But only do it if you are really ready

My aunty walked barefoot over some gravel when she was at the beach and about 38 weeks pregnant and that put her in labour... So I'd imagine very effective if you know what your doing.

How do people add that? First of all, you need to tag all of your music. So when you post it, just tag it under "music".
Then go to your blog and click Customize. Click Pages, then click Add a page.
A window should pop up. Next to Page Type, scroll to redirect. Then on "redirect to" type in http://YOURBLOG.com/tagged/music
Check off "Show a link to" and then write whatever you want the link to be named on your page. Click save page.

I hope this helped. It will show on your main page either way, but you will also have the separate section.

In order to jump higher and increase your vertical jump, you must do the right exercises and know what you are doing. Many people who want to jump higher train wrong. One of the biggest mistakes guys make in trying to jump higher is they train for endurance and strength only and not for muscle explosion.

To jump higher, you want to train your body for explosion, which is a combination of strength and quickness. Calf exercise, squats, lunges,and other strength building exercises are important for building strength and jump roping, and running stairs are good for endurance, but to increase your vertical jump, you must also train for muscle explosion, which involves plyometric exercises.

Plyometrics is where you simulate sports movements and concentrate on simulating jumping movements (explosive motions).
Plyometric exercises are used to develop your quick twitch muscles, used to increase your explosion.

Quality of the exercise is MUCH more important than quantity. 5 reps of proper form will get you in the air much higher than 20 reps of poor form. Also, if you want an explosive vertical, you must train that way! Do every exercise as explosively as possible and go for maximum height. You're vertical will improve like you never thought possible if you go for more distance on every jump. This is telling your body that you need to get HIGHER.

Besides plyometric exercises, there are other important variables involved to maximize your vertical jumping.
Some includes reducing body fat, proper nutrition, increasing flexibility.

How to discreetly get rid of bed bugs?

My wife and I live with the inlaws in S.E Asia, the house is normally immaculate. Our bed room is very small with a great deal of books and papers - she has a lot of clothes and little things everywhere. I picked up my book which is right next to the bed at night to see 3 of these little buggers run out from the pages - I squished them on sight! We've pulled the bed from the wall and thouroughly vacuumed it and the walls and crevices, tomorrow we plan to put all of the books and clothes in plastic bags with the hopes that if there are any more bed bugs - they will die in the plastic bags!

We really don't want to alert her mam as she WILL respond badly and look for someone to blame - so we'd prefer to get rid of these things without her knowing (or) if she were to find them herslef and we could just play dumb and be surprised!

They haven't really bit us all that much - we seldom have any bites do you think that this meens that there aren't so many bugs at this stage?

I read the other answers, and was surprised. Use a pesticide for goodness sake and clean up the mess. Wash linens in hot water, vacumn the matresses after the pesticide. Good luck. The sooner you address this problem the better. Do you know what all this critters can do to you? Infections leading to staphs gane-green. I hope you don't have kids sleeping in that house. They are most likely in all beds and around the whole house. You CAN SEE THEM WITH THE NAKED EYE.

Hey all,

Recently when I go to bed, I get these sharp painful bites over my body from bed bugs. They have become a major annoyance and I've tried changing my bed and blanket sheets to no avail.

What can I do to get rid of these bugs in my bed? Your responses will be of a great help to me.
Do they also live inside blankets? Because one time I covered the top of my mattress with cling wrap and still got bites (though much less).

From my past experiences, what I would do is remove all your sheets and wash them or least soak them in hot water. This helps to kill the bed bugs lurking inside your sheets.

Next you have to tackle those that are hiding in your bed. You need not throw the whole bed away but you do have to take the measures to getting rid of bed bugs before you sleep on them again.

What I suggest is this: Take a sharp pointed object or a needle and run the sharp tip through the inner seams along the corners of the mattress. Once you see the bed bugs crawling out from their hiding places crush them to kill them.

Continue this process until you have covered all 4 corners and the flip side of the mattress too. Then take the whole mattress out into the sun for a couple of hours making sure it gets to bask in the hot sunshine.

Vacuum the bed frame and floor board under the bed frame to eliminate any remaining bed bugs while waiting for the mattress to finish its sun baking session.

This should help eliminate the bed bugs that have infested in you bed. Spraying a little of the bed bugs eliminator will now help to prevent them from returning to haunt you in your sleep again.

As for your bed bugs bites, try to keep cool in the next couple of days until the itch subsides else it will only aggravate the itchiness you experience.

For people who live in high risk areas like New York it is not recommended that you go where people spend a lot of time. Like movie theaters.

Turn off java in the browser you are using,
then try.

See if you can get a link to where the image is uploaded to.
By right clicking on the image then selecting view image source.

If you have windows 7,
try using the snipping tool.

If using internet explorer,
every single image you look at on the internet
is stored in the internet cache,
get it from there.

Also look in the adobe flash folder found in the AppData > roaming folder.

To take a screen shot.
Just press the Prt Scr key then paste it in to paint
by holding down Ctrl and pressing the v key.

To do this you need to use the Print Screen / SysRq button on your computer (may be called 'PrtSc'). However, to capture the parts of the page that require you to scroll to see, you'll need to take multiple screenshots and put them together using a program like Adobe Photoshop.
