How did you get rid of your back acne?
Mine is gettin real bad, I just don't know what to do, I don't even want to take my shirt off, and summer is coming and just omg, this can't be happening! What did you do to get rid of acne on your back?

How do you get rid of acne on your back the fastest?
Okay so I'm a cheerleader and I'll be going into eighth grade next year. Our coach was hinting at getting new uniforms and they show off basically all of the tops of your shoulders and back. I'm very white and the acne is bright red. Whats a way to get rid of it fast, like, before the summer.
I'm using Proactiv Body Wash but its not working. And I have scars too but those aren't that important just please help me with the back acne problem :(

From expirence being a varsity cheer leader and have back acne went to the dermatolagist they will prescrie you a med and your insurance should cover it. I got retin-a it takes a few weeks but does wonders, also when i tan or go out in the sun i find my acne reduced also this is my numero uno trick lemon juice mixed with rubbing alchoal put it on my back and sel with it, ruduces it greatly

How doyou get rid of acne on your back? Any ideas or regimens? Anything natural? I can't go to the dermatologist at the moment so I'm looking for an alternative.

Aloe Vera. Not the powdered variety but the actual raw one if you can find it. If you want something natural, that is something that helps. Remove the tough outer skin from the leaf and use the inner gel like substance. Rub it on your back and leave it be for 15- 20 mins. Take a warm water bath, then clean with cold water to open up the pores. Now apply renova cream. I usually take it from these guys: http://www.renova-retin-a-cream.com/ as it has helped me for a while now. Not just cheap but get it in discreet packaging as well. Anyhow you can buy renova from anywhere else, but that is a regimen that I have tried for my back. Have had bad acne for years now. Acne on back was not that severe but i tried this regimen since last few months and it has worked for me so far. Hope it works for you as well.

I have acne/black heads on my back, and kind of on my chest. I was wondering if there were some good ways to get rid of it. I scrub my back and chest daily, and it still doesnt do any good /:

How do you get rid of acne on your back?
I have been getting really bad acne on my back from so much stress and i really need something over the counter to help me get rid of it. any ideas?

Try lavender oil. Apply this oil on the back acne everyday for minimum 15 days or else apply fresh Aloe vera juice or the gel and wash after a few hours. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day to avoid bacteria buildup.
