does anyone know when the 3rd season will start?

Season 3 next year,season 2 just end,but i dont understand this networks,8 episodes only,i get it,the first season,pilot,what ever...is only 7 or 8 episodes,but season 2 should be 13 episodes,and since is only 1/2 hour program,should be even more,15 or 20 episodes,same shit with the walking dead,only 7 episodes per season,how to make ot in america is great,i mean kinnda is fillin the gap left be entourage

does anyone know the song in the opening sequence of Epi 3 Season 2 HBO tv show " How to make it in America"?

I need to know who sings the opening sequence( the one guy is skateboarding) also if anyone could tell me who sings(band/artist/sog name) when Ben and Cam walk into Nancy's studio,last but not least what band sings when both of them go to the elementary school?
