How to have a boy or a girl baby?

I already have a baby girl and we are planning to have a baby boy for our second baby. Are there any option for us to be sure that our next baby will be boy?

There is a doctor named Dr. Shettles who has a method for choosing the gender of your baby through intercourse timing and other methods. He is said to have a very high success rate (75-90% I think.) See the attached link for more information. It couldn't hurt to try it. He also has his own book. If you are interested, do a search for it.

We are planning to have two boys and two girls for a perfect family. How can we avoid having them all boys, or all girls, or a single boy among girls, or the other way around? Is there any scientific method with guaranteed results that we can use?

Firstly, I think that any child one gets is precious, whether boy or girl, and a family will be as perfect as you make it.
Anyway, my friend too wanted a girl and was using this book, she gave it to me as it has other pregnancy info, see resource box. Apparently there is a system one can follow, and which may help, although it is not guaranteed.

At best, this system increases the chances of a child of a particular sex from 50% to 75%. It is definitely NOT a guarantee of success, but it is currently the most well-known method for influencing gender without the use of medical procedures.
The method is based on the premise that men produce two types of sperm, the X (female) and Y (male). The Y sperms - for boys- are smaller and more delicate, but faster, than the X sperms-for girls (which are bigger, tougher and slower), the system is based on providing an environment which is more likely to help the type of sperm that matches what you want to get to the egg first.
There are several basic recommendations but I have just listed a few:
1) Timing - the most critical aspect of the Shettle's method is to time when you have intercourse. The closer to ovulation that you have sex, the better your chances of having a boy, because ovulation provides the most optimal time for conceiving, and male sperm are faster. If you have intercourse about 3 days prior to ovulation, you may maximize the chances for the slower but tougher female sperm, which are able to survive until the egg appears.
2) The pH of the woman's tract is also important. A more alkaline environment is generally favorable to fertility and, therefore, favors the quicker, but more delicate, male sperm. For a girl, a douche of very diluted water and vinegar is done just before intercourse. For a boy, a douche of very diluted water and baking soda just before intercourse is indicated.
3) A woman's tract is more acidic, the closer to the entrance of the vagina that the measurement is taken. Therefore, intercourse with shallow penetration may favor the conception of a girl, and intercourse with deeper penetration is believed to favor a boy being the result.

boy/girl baby names!?

okay so im goign to find out what im havin pretty soon im about 41/2 so i want to pick a name soon cause i dont liek callin my baby he/she it ...i want names now lol just how i am....for a boy im pretty set on Tanner James.......but for a girl ...im thinking of two first names ......Naudia, or Ariya (sounds liek mariah w/o the m) i have zero middle names for my girl if its a girl( im about 80% sure im havin a boy tho totally different pregnancy from my daughter) ....im open to suggestions i liek unquie names, just not weird ....whats you think??

Im having a boy/girl... BABY! How to tell my husband in Army Basic Training!?

Okay everyone.. I need some help! My husband is in Basic Training right now. He DESPRATELY wants to know if we are having a girl or a boy. I find out within the next two weeks. Ive been trying to think of a cute way to do this. HE IS SO EXCITED!!!

I wanted to do something exciting.

The ONLY problem is that I am limited to pictures/letters. Nothing else!

I was thinking maybe writing on my tummy/ baby bump in lipstick or something that 'Its a ___ !" Then cut it up into like 6 pieces and each letter I send, send him a piece. The last piece will be the one that says either girl or boy. The suspense will build up and he'll be sweating for that last piece!!!

ANY OTHER IDEAS?!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

question about find out weather your having a boy or girl baby?

Does any one know or have taken the test called IntelliGender to see whether or not your having a boy or girl if so could you tell me if it worked for you or one of your friends thank you
took one and it said girl but i want to know how well this works and who else had taken it but i wont find out for 3 more weeks if this test is true or not

The chance of that test being right is 50/50. (Obviously) its just a guessing game.
You cannot go by any of the wives tales or tests to determine the gender of a baby. None of them are accurate.
All you can do is wait the 3 weeks hun!
I know it seems like forever but you'll have the whole second half of your pregnancy to buy things!
(Don't go overboard though you'll get LOTS of stuff if you have a baby shower!)
