i found more info in internet that jailbreak for 4.3.5 version is not available whereas 4.3.3 is available.
i want to get it jailbreaked.

the apps i found on cydia are very stupid ! i cant find the paid apps that i found on appstore such as angry birds. full version.

First of all jailbreaking does NOT void your warranty...you will have to restore back to factory firmware BEFORE taking in your idevice for warranty work.
Jailbreaking is VERY noob friendly so don't be intimidated. Cydia apps are NOT stupid...do a google search for "intelliscreenx" "sbsettings" "dreamboard" "winterboard" and a TON more where that came from...these are all tweaks for your ios.
Now in your case looking for cracked paid apps off of appstore...you're going to need to install a program called "installous" off of cydia. You will have to add the installous source in cydia before you can find "installous" this info is available on google and can't be posted here because it is piracy. Installous is what you need to get those apps from appstore free...don't stop at installous please. If you end up being an installous nub you will have a very hard time finding help on the web and will not get the jailbreak experience to be able to read forums and learn stuff about it quicker.
Google search "best cydia ipad apps ios5" or similar searches and you will quickly find lots of very nice tweaks for ios5 that you can get from cydia.
You can NOT downgrade your ipad2 without previously having saved SHSH blobs on 4.3.3. In your case since your ipad2 has never been jailbroken you do not have the SHSH blobs. The 4.3.3 jailbreak for this device was a userland exploit through safari...you know this already since you have researched that jailbreakme.com supports 4.3.3. This exploit was patched in 4.3.5.
Ipad2 on 4.3.5 can NOT be jailbroken at this time(10-31-2011)...tethered or untethered. I would update to ios5 and wait for the 4S/ipad2 jailbreak. It is going to be released for BOTH devices at the same time...this is because of the A5 processor that is in both ipad2 and the 4S. This is in the works and is probably a month or so from being done...

I am not sure if I have the SHSH Blobs from 4.3.3 is there anyway I can check to see if I have them? Or complete the downgrade wihout them or get them online? I just bought this brand new iPad 2 wifi 16gb yesterday also.

Hi there i am trying my best to jailbreak my new ipad 2 but it is ISO 4.3.5, and i am having alot of trouble downgrading it if its even possible yet -.-!?, but please no remarks like dont jailbreak it or wha not, i really want to and if possible any help on how to downgrade it to 4.3.3, or maybe teamview me idk T_T suggestions?

How to restore iPad 2 (wifi) 4.3.5 to 4.3.3 with NO SHSH BLOBS?
I've tried this for several hours and am beyond stressed with this. I've tried almost everything to restore and I keep getting errors upon errors. One of the guides said to use redsn0w and jailbreak with a .ipsw of 4.3.3. I did so, and it said not recognized. I redownloaded. Still, no luck. Other guides required SHSH blobs which I didn't have. This is the guide that I have tried last.

It's unable to recognize both 4.3.3 iPad 2 wifi firmware and 4.3 (red sn0w). After I tried skipping that step, I got this error: Error 20. Just as the video said, I disabled all my firewalls. Tried again, still had the problem.
How do I fix this or is there another WORKING way that you know of to get my iPad downgraded to 4.3.3 from 4.3.5 that has worked for you?

Sorry but you're wasting your time. If there was a way to do it, I'd have done it a long time ago. You'll have to wait for iOS 5 and a new jailbreak, just like everyone else. Read those guides more closely. The only way to jb and ipad2 is if you are currently on 4.3.3, or lucky enough to save the SHSH files for 4.3.3 a while back.
For one, it is impossible to downgrade IPAD 2's without SHSHs. For another, you can't even save SHSHs for 4.3.3 anymore even if you're still on 4.3.3. The window to save them is closed. Apple smashed it quick. So unless you are on 4.3.3 now and never upgrade, you're out of luck. Sorry.
