All I know about it is they draw then scan it by the use of scanner and color it in the adobe photoshop

Your pictures didn't work. But anyways jsut draw a normal human except anorexic,(and if female with huge boobs) and with big upside down tear drop heads and abstract facial features , like a traingle for nose, small line for mouth, and a giant shinny circle for the eye ball and big eyelashes, and colorful spikey emo hair and wallah you got yourself professional manga art.
